On February 5, 2021, the Office of the High Commissioner hosted the United States Ambassador to Armenia Ms. Lynne Tracy. The Ambassador and High Commissioner Sinanyan discussed the post war rebuilding efforts of the Armenian American Diaspora in Armenia and Artsakh. Moreover medium-term and longer term needs, economic prospects, and areas for development projects with the participation of the United States government were discussed. Ambassador Tracy and High Commissioner Sinanyan stated their readiness to continue cooperation and intensify efforts intended toward addressing Armenia's post war needs.
