During his meeting with the Armenian Medical Association in Moscow, High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan expressed his gratitude and discussed opportunities for cooperation. 

The meeting was held at the Armenian Embassy in Russia and attended by Russian Armenian doctors, who provided assistance to Armenia during the pandemic and recent war. Also present at the meeting was Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Russia Vardan Toganyan and Bagrat Alekyan, the Association’s president and academic, who joined virtually from the UK.  

Discussion topics included highly qualified doctors in Russia providing retraining to medical professionals in Armenia. The doctors expressed readiness to contribute to the development of the Armenian healthcare system. 

Another group of Russian Armenian specialists will arrive in Armenia on April 22nd. 

High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan once again shared willingness for close cooperation.
