During his working visit to the U.S., High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan met with representatives of the Analysis Research & Planning For Armenia (ARPA) Institute and HyeID. They discussed the situation in Armenia and Artsakh, existing challenges and attracting the Diaspora’s potential and its strategic involvement. The group emphasized the need for the Diaspora’s professional, scientific and research involvement, which will help establish short-and long-term strategies for Armenia’s development. The meeting followed with a Q+A session with the High Commissioner.
