High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan received Serop Ohanian, the director of the Howard Karagheusian charitable foundation in Beirut, today. The Commissioner praised the work of the foundation and center for Lebanon during this difficult time, where 250 staff members provide medical care to approximately 600 people each day.

Serop Ohanian presented the center’s activities and discussed the current situation of the Lebanese-Armenian community. It was emphasized that the majority of Armenians who plan to move from Lebanon prefer to settle in Armenia.
