High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan met with Union of Armenians in Europe president Artur Hovhannisyan (Bulgaria), vice-president Artak Sergoyan (Belgium), Coordination Council of Armenian Organizations of Southern France (CCAF Sud) vice-president Karen Khurshudyan, and Hayq Union of Barcelona founding president Hayk Yeghiazaryan.

The parties discussed topics related to the current situation in Armenia, Diaspora-Armenian communities, and Armenia-Diaspora relations. The guests also presented prospects from their investment programs.
