High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan received Paulo Pisco, member of the Portuguese parliament and representative of Portugal to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. Mr. Pisco shared the methods, strategies, and successful repatriation programs being employed in connection with the Portuguese diaspora. The parties agreed to continue this exchange of experiences.
