High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan received Philippe Poux, head of the RINArmenia scientific-technological organization, and Jacques Raffi Papazian, a representative of the French-Armenian organization Le Mouvement Arménien (“Armenian Movement”).

The High Commissioner was introduced to five different programs involving Armenia-Diaspora cooperation. The High Commissioner expressed hope that our Office will be a driving force connecting French-Armenians and Armenia.
