The selection process continues for the 2021 iGorts program, which places Diaspora-Armenian professionals in the RA government.

Approximately 30 different government bodies are conducting interviews with Diaspora-Armenian professionals.

“We are very happy that this is the second year the iGorts program is taking place. This year we had 350 applications and have already conducted 200 interviews. We are happy to be able to continue the program and see that interest is growing on both sides, meaning there is increasing interest from Diaspora professionals to move to Armenia and serve in the Armenian government for one year, as well as greater demand from the Armenian government to welcome these professionals into the public sector,” says Sara Anjargolian, originator of the iGorts program and director of our Office.
