High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan took part in the official launch ceremony of the all-Armenian ''Buy Armenian'' initiative. The creators of this project are American-Armenians Lilit and Nishan Odabashian whose initiative is spreading wider every day and encourages the purchase of Armenian products whenever possible. The idea of such an initiative came to them after the Second Artsakh War.

The online marketplace now has more than 40,000 members. You can learn more about the project on its website which also serves as a large online Armenian shopping platform: https://buyarmenian.com/. Approximately 5,600 Armenian products and 800 businesses can be found on the platform, and shipping is available to the United States, Canada, Russia, and Australia.
