Diaspora Youth Ambassadors not only organize community events in their Diaspora communities, but also put their efforts toward safeguarding Armenian interests.

Marie Hunanyan from Germany was one of the organizers of the recent silent protest that took place in front of the Bundestag. Armenians from different cities in Germany called on German authorities to condemn Azerbaijan’s aggression, violations of international law and its illegal imprisonment of Armenian servicemen.

Diaspora Youth Ambassador from France, Sona Sureken Sungulyan, was one of the organizers of a protest in Paris. French-Armenians were protesting against Azerbaijan’s illegal actions against Armenia’s sovereign territory.

Spain’s Diaspora Youth Ambassador Sarkis Hakobyan held meetings around the same topic both in the Senate and in Congress with representatives of various political parties, including Partido Popular, Podemos and Eh Bildu.
