The High Commissioner Met With the Armenian Representative of the Support to Javakhk Foundation.

On April 13, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan met with Samvel Mkoyan, Armenian Representative of the Support to Javakhk Foundation.
While welcoming the guest, the High Commissioner noted the importance of the programs implemented by the Foundation, especially those aimed at solving the problems of Armenians and strengthening Armenian-Georgian relations.
Samvel Mkoyan presented the initiatives of the Foundation, in particular, opening the new laboratories in Javakhk called "Armath," developing the Vahan Teryan House-Museum, and holding the first Armenian-Georgian festival of fine arts.
The guest expressed readiness to promote the dissemination of the office's programs, including Step Towards Home for diaspora youth, iGorts for diaspora specialists to work in the public sector of Armenia, and the Armenia-Diaspora Pan-Armenian Forum, which will be held in September.
The High Commissioner expressed confidence that the Armenians of Georgia will show high participation in all these programs.
Finally, At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached that both organizations expect to deepen their cooperation.
