In Los Angeles, High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan attended the ARPA Institute’s 30th Anniversary Gala. For the 30th anniversary of its founding, the ARPA Institute organized a one-day public conference on education, science, technology, and healthcare and their impact on socio-economic wellbeing and political perspectives The institute’s objective is to promote cooperation and understanding within the world community through the provision of consulting, analysis, research and planning services in education, economics, policy, health and technology between the Republic of Armenia and the United States of America.

Mr. Sinanyan presented the president to the ARPA institute Hagop Panossian, PhD with a certificate of achievement.

"ARPA, which was founded in California, has been able to gain pan-Armenian recognition through its mission, its work, the involvement of a broad academic and research community, and the dedication of individual Diaspora Armenians.

In a short time, the institute has already been present in the fields of education, health, economy, energy, and other important areas of Armenia and Artsakh.

It has also played and continues to play a special role in the Armenia-Diaspora cooperation," stressed the High Commissioner.

The event was attended by leading Armenian figures in academia, elected officials, and supporters.
