The 2021 iGorts participants went to Lori

As part of the iGorts program, the participants of 2021 have recently traveled to Lori to explore the region. They first stopped at Sanahin, visited the Mikoyan Brothers Museum and the Sanahin Monastery, which was founded in the 10th century in the Lori Province of Armenia, and later got recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The next stop was in the medieval cave-fortress Zarni Parni complex. The area is surrounded by mountains, and from there you can enjoy a picturesque view of the Kayan fortress. The excursion of the first day was completed with the Haghpat Monastery, a medieval monastery complex built between the 10th and the 13th century.
On the second day of the trip, the 2021 iGorts participants visited the COAF Smart Center and got introduced to its history, events, and projects. They also asked questions to Bedo Demirdjian – Kurkjian, the Business & Operations Manager of the Center.
