On the morning of September 13th, Azerbaijan launched a direct attack on sovereign territory the Republic of Armenia, targeting the southern border including Goris, Kapan, Vardenis, Sotk, Artanish, and Ishkhanasar, utilizing artillery, large-caliber rifles, and drones. The Azerbaijani Army is continuing its attempts to advance its positions in the direction of Nerkin Hand, Verin Shorzha, Artanish, and Sotk. According to preliminary data, the Armenian side has 49 casualties, among them civilians.
