Azerbaijan continues escalating its attack on Armenia’s southern border, using rocket artillery and combat drones to target both military infrastructure and peaceful civilian settlements. The Azerbaijani armed forces continue their attempts at advancing into Armenian territory.

The Armenian side has recorded 105 casualties. There are 4 recorded civilian deaths. Nearly 2571 individuals have been displaced, comprising mostly women, children, the elderly, and the disabled. Several fires have started as a result of Azerbaijan’s attacks.

• Azerbaijan is targeting civilian settlements and infrastructure
• The children from the towns which are under attack are being denied their right to education
• Azerbaijan is undermining the security of the entire region and bringing the negotiation process to a dead end
