• The Azerbaijani armed forces mutilated an Armenian female soldier, stripped her, cut off her legs and fingers, filmed and posted their horrendous acts on social media.
• Azerbaijan’s invasion of Armenia has displaced 7600 people, including 1437 children and 99 people with disabilities.
• The evacuation of the disabled and bedridden was impossible during Azerbaijan’s relentless attacks.
• Azerbaijan willfully targeted schools and educational centers.
• Azerbaijan indiscriminately targeted two ambulances, killing one paramedic.
• Azerbaijan endangered the lives of 450 people with mental disabilities by attacking the Vardenis neuropsychological center.
• Azerbaijan’s shelling killed a local farmer, injured 7 including an elderly woman.
• Azerbaijan launched a missile strike in the direction of the Jermuk resort town.
• The Azerbaijani armed forces are now occupying the residential property of a number of Armenian villages.
• 192 houses were damaged in three regions, 60 of which were completely destroyed as a result of Azerbaijan’s indiscriminate attacks. There are power outages in some cities.
