The High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan received representatives of the Armenian National System of Saratov, Russia, Henri Martirosyan and Vladimir Krtyan. They presented their new application, DiaSphere, which allows Armenians to communicate internationally and use the application for informational and educational purposes. «Keeping up with technological developments, we have developed this application as a tool for the Diaspora to be more connected. We have also made sure to design the app to benefit the Diaspora communities and individual users,» the app developers shared.

The High Commissioner expressed gratitude for the presentation and the DiaSphere team's initiation of cooperation, noting that this is a great example of collaboration between the office and the Armenians of Saratov. The office’s experts posed questions about the application and suggested areas of potential improvement.
