High Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh Sergey Ghazaryan.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the current situation in Artsakh caused by the blocking of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia by Azerbaijan and outlined the steps to overcome the problems.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to establish closer cooperation between the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, which is an authorized body including for Diaspora affairs.
