iGORTS program participants of Russian-Armenian origin Lusine Ustyan (Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Republic of Armenia), Liana Minasyan (Commission on Television and Radio), Mariam Hovhannisyan (Yerevan Russian Drama Theatre) and Levon Ananyan (RA Ministry of Economy) had an introduction meeting on Academy Mtqaran educational platform. They shared their personal experience of participating in the program and answered questions, which mainly concerned the participation criteria, the preparation of documents at the application stage, as well as the selection process and the interviews.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s four-year-degree and at least 5 years of work experience or a master's degree (equivalent or higher) and 3 years of professional work experience. The program is aimed at applying the experience and skills of Armenian diaspora specialists in the Government and bodies of state administration of Armenia, which will provide an opportunity to promote professional repatriation and support the improving processes of the Public administration.
