You can get a passport of a RA citizen from the RA embassy or consular institution in RA or in your country of residence.

The passport in the Republic of Armenia is provided on the 15th working day following the day of submitting an application, or, at your request, in the shortest possible time for a fixed fee. On the basis of the application submitted through the RA diplomatic mission or consular institution, the passport is issued within 60 days after the date of submission of the application.

 

Change of passport

In order to change the passport, a citizen shall submit the following documents:

1. application for obtaining RA passport,
2. passport to be changed,
3. two (colour) photographs of 35 x 45 mm size,
4. document certifying the payment of state fee,
5. documents confirming changes or inaccuracies,
6. certificate verifying the fact of military registration at the relevant military commissariat.

 

Documenting with a new passport in case of passport loss 

To get a new one instead of the lost passport the following documents must be submitted:

1. application for obtaining RA passport,
2. two (colour) photographs of 35 x 45 mm size,
3. military service registration certificate or military service record card or a certificate verifying the fact of military registration /conscripts/
4. document certifying the payment of state fee.
