Arshaluys Avagyan
Avagyan Arshaluys was born in Sarukhan village of Gegharkunik region. In 2000 with his family, he moved to the Chelyabinsk region of the Russian Federation. In 2008, he entered the Faculty of Law of South Ural State University, and during his studies, he launched a project in the Armenian community in Chelyabinsk. After graduation, he worked as a senior specialist and expert in the Cadastral Chamber of the Chelyabinsk region in the real estate registration department. He joined the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, where he reached the rank of squad leader and was awarded numerous certificates of honor.
After returning from the army, he worked as a legal adviser. In parallel with his main work, he studied interethnic interactions in a multi-national society. From 2015 to 2022, he engaged in public activities in which he provided free legal assistance to Armenians who found themselves in difficult situations.
He is the founder of the telegram channel and foundation named "Repatriation," in which he conducted numerous charity events and helped his compatriots with advice, directing them to their Homeland. In 2022 he moved to Armenia.
