Lilit Beglaryan is from Odessa, Ukraine. She received a master's degree in law from ONU after I.I. Mechnikov, and is the author of scientific articles in corporate law.

She began her career at the age of 21 and has gone from a junior lawyer to a managing partner of the LC Privilege, which is part of an international holding. As a lawyer, she specializes in business support and the protection of foreign investments. Lilit is also the Executive Director of the Armenian Business Club.

During the war, she organized a charity auction to assist Armenia and Artsakh.

As a Diaspora Youth Ambassador, she has been working on strengthening the relationship between Armenia and the Armenian Diaspora of Ukraine, providing assistance to the Armenians of Ukraine during the war in Ukraine.
