Anush Mnatsakanian is from Kharkiv, Ukraine. She earned a master's degree with honors from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University of Ukraine, majoring in law.

Anush worked exclusively in the private sector in Ukraine, but despite this, the specifics of her professional activity implied constant interaction with state authorities. She worked as a legal adviser in a private law firm and afterward as a private notary assistant.

Besides law, she is fond of learning languages. Thus, she is fluent in four languages (Armenian, Ukrainian, Russian, and English). Currently, she is learning the fifth one – Spanish.
