Gor Manucharyan was born in Armenia and moved to Russia as a child.

He received a higher education in Jurisprudence and began his career as an investigator of the Investigative Committee. He was engaged in investigating crimes against people and state authority. He received additional professional training in investigating crimes committed by minors or concerning them.

Later he worked in legal consulting and passed the bar exam. In recent years, he has been practicing law: protecting and representing the interests of citizens and organizations when interacting with government agencies.

He came to Armenia from Moscow in 2022.
