Gayane Hovhannisyan is from Barnaul, Russia. Born in Gyumri, Armenia, she moved to Russia at a young age and lived there all her adult life. In Barnaul, she received a master's degree with honors in economics in the direction of finance of organizations․She worked in economics and personnel management for more than eight years. She was an economist, worked as an HR director, and engaged in improving the organizational system of companies and building motivational schemes of departments and divisions.
