Oksana Аrutiunian
Oksana Аrutiunian is from Kiev, Ukraine. Although she has lived most of her life in Ukraine, she spent her early childhood in Dilijan. She obtained a junior specialist/bachelor's degree and later a certified law specialist degree in judicial jurisdiction, civil jurisdiction, and legal security of entrepreneurial activity.
She started her professional career in the commercial and charitable sphere. For many years she worked as a public servant. She coordinated the issues of compliance with anti-corruption legislation in healthcare, especially in public healthcare and epidemiological welfare and in the general social policy of Ukraine. She actively enrolls in social and integrational projects of the non-governmental organization «Syunik-Development.»
