Stéphanie Karoian is from Paris, France. She graduated from the IESEG business school of Management Paris, program Grande École, with a master's degree in international business and specialization in marketing and communication.

She worked for Air Liquide as a business intelligence analyst and at Maison Dalloyau as a PR and digital marketing specialist.

Stephanie moved to Armenia in November 2020, following the war to provide humanitarian aid. She worked with the NGO Frontline Therapists team as a project manager and joined the iGorts program.
