Karine Grigoryan was born in Chita, Russia. She has spent most of her life in Russia but has also lived in Artsakh.

She received her higher education at the Institute of Friendship of the People of the Caucasus in Stavropol (Russia) and is a qualified specialist in Economics.

As an accountant-economist, Karine started her career at a famous beverage production factory in Stavropol. She remained in the same field for about seven years, after which she worked in the field of tourism for several years.

Despite having a stable job, family, and friends in Russia, Karine moved to Armenia to build her new life in Yerevan.

"New life entails a new field of work. One should never be afraid of changes and new challenges. If each of us is not afraid and has an input for the sake of our homeland, our country will have a great future. I have gladly accepted the latest changes in my life, already formed my family in Armenia, and will continue to be useful to my homeland with my work and experience."
