Hripsime Movsisyan is from Rostov-on-Don but was born in Gyumri, Armenia. When she was four months old, her family moved to the Russian Federation. She is an economist and has 13 years of work experience. She worked in different spheres, like the banking system, Visa and Passport administration, the Cadastre Committee of the Russian Federation, and a notary office.

Living outside Armenia all her adult life, she has always maintained a strong connection with her Homeland and constantly spent her holidays in Armenia. She has participated in the Diaspora Summer School program,  organized by the Ministry of Diaspora. She desired to repatriate and use her knowledge and experience to benefit her Motherland.

Having learned about the «iGorts» program of the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of RA, she decided to apply to the program to realize her dream.

Her life slogan is - «Wherever you may be, do not forget your Homeland and your native language.»
