Lusine Ustyan
Lusine Ustyan is from Yekaterinburg, Russia. She graduated from the Ural Federal University Institute of Public Administration and Entrepreneurship, earning a degree in public administration. She then worked in the Federal Treasury of the Sverdlovsk region.
Lusine has worked as the project manager and coordinator of the ANI-Armenia Cultural Society in Yekaterinburg for over ten years. As a leader in her community, she developed projects encouraging the involvement and activism of Armenian youth in their universities and local communities.
She has extensive experience in grant applications and organizing local and international events, such as forums, conferences, and cultural projects at the city and regional levels.
