Lilit Galstyan was born in Armenia. After graduating from the first grade, she moved with her family to Moscow.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the All-Russian State Tax Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

She speaks Armenian, Russian, English and Spanish.

She has worked as a lawyer in a law firm and other structures in Moscow.

As an “iGorts” specialist, she works in the Standing Committee for the Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
