Inesa Nersisyan
Inesa Nersisyan moved to Armenia from Sweden. She is a political scientist by profession. Inessa graduated from the Faculty of Political Science of Uppsala University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Development Studies.
For two years, she worked at the Swedish State Migration Agency (Swedish Migration Agency) as an investigator responsible for the case and preparing decisions in different cities and offices.Then for a year, she worked as a labor market secretary in Uppsala Municipality. Her last work experience in Gothenburg was for about 2 years at the Swedish State Employment Agency as a case officer. Being the coordinator of the United Nations Women Sweden in Uppsala for a year, she gained important experience in the organizational field. She also founded and managed the social platform, "Swedish Armenian."
Inessa is a member of the Council of the Coordination Center of Armenian Unions in Sweden. She noted the importance of her work in the Armenian Cultural Union of Uppsala, where she is a member of the Council.
Becoming the first youth ambassador of the Diaspora in Sweden in 2021-2022, she implemented, in particular, programs aimed at preserving Armenians and repatriation in Sweden. Inessa is also an M.A.M. education platform ambassador.
Within the framework of the "iGorts" program, she works at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
