Lilit Oganisyan
Lilit Hovhannisyan was born in Sevan, Republic of Armenia. She moved to Russia with her family at school age. She completed her bachelor's degree in law from Novgorod State University named after Yaroslav the Wise. After that, she received a diploma of additional professional education in the specialty "Financial management in a commercial organization" at the St. Petersburg branch of the HSE. Lilit has more than 7 years of experience as a lawyer in commercial organizations, specializing in commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property and consumer protection.
As an activist of the Armenian Regional Youth Association (ARMA SPB), she has been participating in the public life of the Armenian community of St. Petersburg for more than five years.
Also, Lilit carries out public work as the assistant to the Chairman of the Armenian Regional Youth Association of St. Petersburg in the cultural and leisure direction.
