Ani Khachatryan is from Anapa, Russian Federation.She received a Bachelor of Law degree at Kuban State Agrarian University named after I. T. Trubilin. Ani began her professional career in the Anapa City Court, then successfully completed an internship in the Anapa department of the Moscow Anti-Corruption Committee (Committee for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption).

Ani has worked for a long time as a legal adviser in notary offices of the Crimean, Krasnodar and Anapa regions. Since 2020, she has been a member of the Russian branch of the International Police Association:

Ani was a volunteer with Birthright Armenia, within which she worked at the Department of Labor Migration and Monitoring of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, in the Department of Citizenship, Passport and Visa Department of the RA Police.

Her workplace within the framework of the "iGorts " program is at the Ministry of internal affairs.
