Anahit Davtyan was born in Armenia and grew up in Russia.

She graduated from both the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics and the Moscow Law Academy named after E. Kutafin where she received her law degree.

For a long time, she worked in the field of state property management of the Russian Federation.

Within the framework of the " iGorts " program, she works in the Department of Railway and Water Transport Policy of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia.
