Alexey Sarkisov is from the Russian Federation.

In 2009, he graduated from the Siberian State Automobile and Automobile University of Omsk, and received a higher education.

Alexey is a specialist in construction project management and has more than 12 years of experience in the largest Russian company “Gazprom Neft.”

He participated in the implementation of a number of major projects in the fuel and energy sector, including the construction of complex technological complexes, transport infrastructures, energy and civil construction facilities.

Alexey has extensive experience in cooperation with various engineering companies in Russia, Europe, the USA and Asia.

His workplace within the framework of the " iGorts " program is at the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia.
