I am a general commercial litigation and international arbitration lawyer and represent shareholders, companies and high net worth individuals in international arbitration and mediation as well as at the various Courts in London. I have experience in, for example, superyacht and shareholder/company disputes and particular knowledge of tech and crypto related matters. I have twice been ranked in the Legal 500 for my work in international arbitration.

Moreover, I help companies build, scale and manage their wider legal teams and am also in “stealth mode” with an AI startup in the legal tech space. 

I graduated from the University of Warwick with an LLB (Hons) after which I went on to the University of Law in the UK where I completed my LLM, LPC.

I am on the committee of the British Armenian Lawyers Association, Co-Chair of AGBU Young Professionals in London, a committee member of AGBU London Chapter and have been a member of Homenetmen London. 

I was invited to take up the Diaspora Youth Ambassador position in London for the coming term 2024 to 2025 and hope to use this platform to increase cooperation between Armenia and the UK.
