Inna Sayadyan
My name is Inna Sayadyan, and I am 23 years old. I was born in Vayk, Vayots Dzor, Armenia, and moved to Moscow with my family at the age of five.
In 2023, I graduated from two universities: Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and Kosygin State University of Russia, with a major in sociology. Although my formal education is in sociology, my true passion and profession are in music. I have been a vocalist for over 11 years and was recognized as one of the world’s top ten duets in 2019 by "The Voice Global." I am also the silver medalist of "X-Factor Armenia" and was a contestant on Russia's "The Voice," where my performance of an Armenian folk song by Komitas Vardapet resonated widely, especially among international audiences. I believe in the importance of sharing the beauty of Armenian music and culture through my performances, contributing to its appreciation worldwide.
Since 2019, I have collaborated with the Department of Labor and Social Protection of Moscow, serving as a jury member for regional and international music and vocal competitions, earning several certificates of appreciation for my contributions. Additionally, I have actively participated in the Armenian Youth Union at the Russian University of Economics, where in 2021, I became head of the cultural and educational department. Through this role, I established an Armenian language course and organized events featuring successful Armenians to inspire and inform Armenian youth about professional development opportunities.
My public service extends to collaboration with the Cultural Center of the Armenian Embassy in Russia, the "Armenia" pavilion at VDNH, the Union of Armenians of Russia, and other organizations. Following the 2020 Artsakh War, I have organized five successful charity fundraisers to support Armenian soldiers and communities in Armenia.
Since 2014, I have been an active member of the "Hayordats Tun" Armenian Sunday School of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Moscow.
Through my participation in the Diaspora Youth Ambassador program, I am dedicated to advancing the Armenian community’s cultural and educational initiatives in Moscow. I deeply value this opportunity to contribute to my homeland's development, recognizing that being Armenian is both a great honor and a significant responsibility. I am confident that collaborative work grounded in a shared Armenian vision will lead to positive outcomes.
