My name is Marine Grigoryan. I was born in Saint Petersburg and currently reside in Yekaterinburg. My family roots are from Syunik.

I took my first steps in community work in 2013 when I attended the Armenian Sunday school for the first time. The community activists inspired me, and I began attending Armenian language and speech culture lessons, as well as classes in dhol, kanon, and a dance ensemble. Over time, I became more deeply involved in the work of the Armenian community. Recently, I have been organizing cultural and public events for the Armenian community organization "Ani-Armenia" in Yekaterinburg.

I worked as a radio host on the professional youth radio station RadioVyshka24. I also participated in the OTV project "School with an Accent", representing Armenian culture. The aim of the project was to encourage people to embrace their national identity, be proud of it, and promote their culture. 

From 2020 to 2024, I was the host of the program "Inheritors of Urartu", which has been airing on regional public organization "Ani-Armenia" in Yekaterinburg.

In 2021, I graduated with honors from the Ural College of Real Estate and Management with a degree in Publishing. My diploma thesis focused on analyzing the writing styles of media texts, using the example of the Armenian Community Organization "Ani-Armenia" in Yekaterinburg.

I am currently studying journalism at Ural Federal University named after B.N. Yeltsin. I am a member of the Armenian Student Union at UrFU (ASU UrFU). Together with Associate Professor Maria Fedorovna Popova, head of the Department of Periodical Press and Online Publications, I am conducting research on the topic: "Media Strategies of Tolerance in the Armenian Community 'Ani-Armenia.'"

My research inspired me to create my own project — the media platform "BAREV." The main goal of the platform is to promote Armenian culture in Russia and beyond. The program will include networking, event announcements for Armenian communities, live content, surveys, and interviews with experts from various fields.
