I am Vicken Antounian, a proud Armenian lawyer, born and raised in Los Angeles, California.  I studied international relations at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California and law at Columbia Law School in New York, New York.

I am the founder and CEO of Vicken Law Group, A Professional Corporation.  I represent public companies and private companies in acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and cross-border transactions.  I also have broad experience in corporate finance, securities and civil litigation matters.

Peers and employers have described me as being vivacious, confident and iron-willed.  I am a natural Armenian leader, ready to take charge at all times. My optimistic outlook and perseverant mindset allow me to overcome any given hardship and accomplish goals in an efficient and inviting manner. My commitment to cultural pride and professional excellence makes me a wonderful asset to the Armenian Diaspora.

I am actively involved in the Armenian community. Through my work with local nonprofit groups and professional development organizations, I provide networking, social, educational and mentoring opportunities for young Armenian professionals. I enhance community engagement through service projects, cultural events, fundraising galas and charity auctions.  My commitment to public service has helped raise necessary funds to support humanitarian relief efforts in Armenia.
