Alexander Narimanyan
Alexander Narimanyan is an expert in the banking sector, a consultant, and a specialist in organizational development and business consulting. He has a background in mathematics and graduated in economics from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics. He later pursued additional studies in psychological education at Lomonosov Moscow State University. Alexander is also a certified trainer with Erickson International and holds an ICF International Gold Certificate.
With over 20 years in banking and finance, Alexander contributed significantly to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as an advisor on digital financial technologies. He was involved in developing and implementing the Digitalization 2.0 program and in shaping regulatory frameworks for emerging financial technologies like cryptocurrencies and e-commerce.
Alexander also served as Vice President at the European Pension Fund, where he led strategic development, IT infrastructure modernization, and business process optimization. He focused on managing operational divisions, launching new products, and improving business processes.
Since 2018, Alexander has been providing individual counseling and psychological services.
