Ani Tsaturyan was born and raised in Aktau, Kazakhstan. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Russian-Armenian University before moving to Moscow to further her education at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). In 2019, she earned a master’s degree from MGIMO’s Faculty of International Law, specializing in private international and civil law.

Ani has a diverse legal background, with professional experience in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Armenia. In Armenia, she contributed to the Center for Strategic Development of the Republic of Armenia Foundation, focusing on initiatives to promote the country’s economic growth.
