Edmond Bedzhanyan
Edmond Bedzhanyan was born in Tehran, Iran. He earned a degree in metallurgical engineering from Islamic Azad University in 1999. The following year, he founded Filimon Maham, a private company specializing in the production of various metal products. In 2010, he graduated from the Payam Noor University, and in 2018, he completed a master’s degree in European Union Administration and Legislation in Germany.
Since 2022, Edmond has been working as a lawyer in Tehran while actively contributing to the Armenian Diocese of Tehran’s public life. From 2008 to 2012, he served as the chairman of the Inter-Church Relations Committee and vice-chairman of the Christian Education Committee at the Apostolic Holy Church of Tehran. During this period, he was also a member of the Council of St. Sarkis Cathedral and the Iranian Islamic Human Rights Commission.
Between 2012 and 2021, Edmond taught at Armenian schools in Tehran. His research spans topics such as human rights, religion, international relations, and metallurgy, with his findings published in various media outlets.
