Ruzan Melik-Yolchyan is originally from the United States. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Baruch Business School in New York and a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Richmond American University in London.

Ruzan has experience in building and managing startups. Before returning to Armenia, she founded the LeapTrips startup and competed in the government-initiated Neruzh program, where her project ranked among the top five.

She currently works at Enterprise Armenia, where she applies her expertise in business and technology to support local startups and create new opportunities. Her mission is to strengthen the business and tech ecosystem in Armenia, fostering innovative ideas that can drive meaningful change in the future.
