Tigranne Hakobyan

My name is Tigranne Hakobyan, and I was born in Gyumri. At the age of eleven, I moved with my mother to the Netherlands, where I grew up in a highly diverse environment. Surrounded by classmates from different countries and cultures, I developed a strong curiosity about traditions, languages, and perspectives. This also deepened my connection to my own roots and strengthened my commitment to presenting Armenia to the world as a nation of unique value. Since then, I have considered myself an honorary ambassador of Armenia and its people.
I studied Business Administration and International Business Relations at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Enschede. Later, I broadened my academic path in Seville, Spain, studying Spanish language and Art History. I also gained expertise in Sports Management and Tourism Development.
Professionally, I spent nine years in Amsterdam as a Business Consultant at an international IT consulting firm. In May 2025, I founded TH Talent Scout, a recruitment agency dedicated to supporting young professionals in advancing their careers with leading organizations.
Alongside my career, I actively support Armenian community initiatives in the Netherlands. I am a member of AGBU YP Amsterdam, which provides a platform for Armenian youth to connect, collaborate, and build professional networks.
I believe success is achieved through knowledge, connections, and experience. As members of the Armenian diaspora, we have the opportunity to work together not only for our personal growth but also for the empowerment of Armenia and the strengthening of our global community
