Anna Hamamdzjan

My name is Anna Hamamdzjan, I am 26 years old, and I was born in Lithuania. Although I was born in Lithuania, I was raised immersed in Armenian culture by my parents. For over twenty years, they have been leaders of the Armenian community in our region, organizing programs and trips for young Armenians as well as for older community members. They have worked to preserve our culture while fostering strong ties between Lithuania and Armenia.
I completed my schooling in Belgium and pursued higher education in both Belgium and France. During this time, I developed strong communication skills and gained experience working in various organizations, while maintaining close connections with Armenian communities in each city.
I currently work as a representative for a financial technology company, managing communication between departments and coordinating with French-speaking countries in Europe and Africa. This role allows me to build relationships with diverse people and engage in a variety of professional discussions.
Having grown up as both a participant in and a representative of Armenian communities across Europe, I am now proud to serve as a Diaspora Youth Ambassador. I hope to contribute my knowledge, connect with young Armenians from around the world, and maximize our collective impact for our homeland.
