Isaak Mkrtichian

My name is Isaak Mkrtichian, I am 31 years old, born and currently living in Mannheim, Germany.
I have eight years of professional experience in web development and e-commerce, having worked as a freelancer and now as an IT requirements engineer.
Since 2022, I have been attending weekly Armenian language classes at the Armenian Apostolic Church in Baden-Württemberg/Stuttgart to further develop and refine my language skills.
Over the past two years, I have been actively involved with the Armenian Youth Association of Germany (ARI), the largest Armenian youth organization in the country. I also work closely with Sarah Artin, the 2024–2025 Diaspora Youth Ambassador in Germany, and other members to organize various events, mainly in the Baden-Württemberg region but also in other parts of Germany.
In addition, I volunteer as part of the IT team of the German-Armenian Lawyers Association, where I manage websites. One of my projects includes the website for Lepsiushaus Potsdam, dedicated to the life and work of Johannes Lepsius, the chief expert witness in the trial of Solomon Tehlirian.
As the Diaspora Youth Ambassador in Germany, my goal is to engage young people and teenagers with Armenian culture and language, connect them with one another, and highlight opportunities for involvement in Armenia.
I am confident that my experience and dedication will help strengthen and advance the Armenian community in Germany.
