Araksya Baghdasaryan
Araksya Baghdasaryan was born in Armenia and raised in Belarus. In 2012, she graduated from the Minsk Institute of Management with a degree in Law. In 2015, she graduated from Belarusian State University with a degree in Finance and Credit.
In 2020, she completed professional training in mediation and holds a diploma in this field. She is a certified professional mediator and a member of the National Association of Mediators “PARITET.”
In 2021, Araksya graduated with honors from the Russian Law Academy under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, earning a master’s degree in Law. She specializes in civil law, including family, land, housing, urban development, and inheritance disputes, as well as consumer rights protection, corporate conflicts, and legal matters within the jurisdictions of both the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
She has professional experience in private and non-profit organizations as well as in the public sector. Her career began at the Moscow District Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Belarus, in the Economic Crimes Division.
