Armen Atanesyan was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan. In 2009, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Kazakh Leading Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering.

Armen is an architect, urban planner, and city designer with over 15 years of professional experience. He has worked in the Urban Planning Department of the "Almatigenplan Research Institute" as a lead architect on various projects.

His professional achievements have been recognized at the state level; he was awarded the State Medal of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “For Distinguished Labor”.
