Zoya Hakobyan was born in Russia.

In 2017, she graduated from Magnitogorsk State Technical University (named after G.I. Nosov) with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Analysis, and Audit.

Zoya began her professional career in 2017, working as an accountant for various private companies in Saint Petersburg. For five years, she worked at Gazstroyprom LLC, a subcontractor of Gazprom, where she gained valuable experience in accounting and financial analysis.

In 2024, she moved to Armenia and, through the Birthright Armenia program, volunteered with the Central Bank of Armenia. She also worked as an accountant for FC Zenit Football Club.
